We are three freelance illustrators who graduated together at the end of 2003 from Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE to form HOT TRASH STUDIOS.







Benjamin's work is largely concept driven and aims to evoke a response from the viewer. His gritty style combined with strong composition and color express a unique bent on modern themes. Benjamin works with a variety of media incorporating a hands on attitude to his artwork.







Jody has a contemporary, loose and whimsical style. She works with mixed media on a variety of topics exceeding the clients needs. She also works on canvases for private commissions and retail galleries.







Vincent incorporates the beauty of old worldly charm and merges it with the color and vitality of todays street artwork. His influences range from retro to todays popular culture. Vincent brings a fresh and original style to the table with dynamic effect.







Since our conception we have worked in a variety of fields including, editorial, fashion, children's books and promotional work and continue to expand our repertoire. We regularly exhibit our artwork throughout the year, and occasionally we are called upon as visiting lecturers at art institutions.







Our influences draw from the world in which we all live and the issues that surround us day to day. We bring together our visions to encapsulate illustration in 'Hot Trash' style.
